Curried Egg Salad

Yield: 4 servings



Stir together mayonnaise, curry, pepper sauce and sugar in medium bowl. Add eggs, apple, celery, green onion and raisins; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper; cover and chill until ready to serve.
